1. Direct monthly purchases
The charge for the current month is non-refundable. If you cancel a monthly direct subscription, your access remains active until the end of the current paid period and the next billing cycle will not be renewed once live gateway billing is enabled.
2. Direct 6-month and 12-month purchases
The current month is non-refundable. If you cancel a direct multi-month plan, the remaining unused months after the current month are eligible for refund according to this policy.
Refund execution is currently held until payment gateways and webhook flows are fully configured with live merchant credentials. Until then, cancellation records your request and preserves access until the end of the current paid period.
3. Purchases made through an agent
If your subscription was purchased through an agent or partner, refund decisions are governed by the agreement between you and that agent. Cataliq does not override that agreement.
Students who bought through an agent should contact the business name and support email shown in their dashboard.
4. How to cancel
- Go to your student dashboard.
- Use the cancellation action shown in the subscription area for direct purchases.
- If you bought through an agent, contact the agent shown in your dashboard instead of using an in-app cancellation request.
