Cataliq is provided as an AI-assisted learning and productivity platform. You agree to use the service lawfully and responsibly, and not to misuse the product, other user accounts, or the platform infrastructure.
You agree not to use Cataliq to:
Cataliq uses AI systems that can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated output. You remain responsible for reviewing responses before relying on them for academic, financial, legal, medical, or other high-stakes decisions.
Cataliq features require payment to access after a trial period (usually 30 days). Access is bought as fills: one fill is one month of access, bought as a one-time payment that does not renew automatically. Refunds follow the published refund policy.
Your account includes a set number of requests each day. Here's what uses one:
No request quota is charged if a response fails or errors out. For incomplete or partial responses, you can use continue to complete without additional charges. A long document is the one exception: continuing it counts only the sections it adds, so the whole document never costs more than its sections. If you reach your daily limit partway through a long document, you keep the sections written so far and can continue it the next day.
Your remaining requests for the day are shown in the app, and the limit resets daily.
Cataliq may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue features over time. We may also update pricing, plan structure, or operational limits with prospective effect.
We may suspend or terminate access where necessary to address abuse, security issues, policy violations, non-payment, or operational risk. Where practical, we will use reasonable efforts to provide notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cataliq is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, output accuracy, or fitness for a specific purpose.
